Shipping and Delivery

We ship Monday through Friday from Idaho, USA.

Tracking information is provided upon request only, all shipments are sent via trackable method when possible.

Orders received by 11AM EST will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed online after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Free shipping for orders over $49
Free shipping is available to customers with shipping destinations within the continental US only (Hawaii and Alaska excluded).

Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx, whichever is more ideal depending on the shipping destination. Overnight shipments do not include Saturday or Sunday.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when delivery has been confirmed by the shipping service.

FedEx shipments are sent without signature required with one exception. Orders that exceed $300 are always sent with signature required. Contact customerservice@Nusentia.com to request your preference prior to delivery, however, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored prior to delivery.

International Orders: Duties, Taxes, Fees and Others costs change very often so we ask our customers to do their homework before ordering internationally. Nusentia is not responsible for additional taxes, duties, and/or fees presented to you at customs (in addition to your original shipping amount; this includes brokerage fees). Additionally, while it appears our products are acceptable for shipment into your country, we can't guarantee that they will routinely pass customs. Packages that do not pass customs will not be refunded.

Returns and Replacements

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All supplement purchases at Nusentia.com are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any supplement you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund including shipping and handling (domestic USA only) contact us within 60 days of the shipment date of your purchase.

Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 60 days from your date of purchase. We are sorry, but we cannot refund shipping paid on international orders.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Before you ship us your opened or unopened product, you must email us at customerservice@nusentia.com within 60 days of the shipment date of your purchase to tell us the reason for the return. After we receive your email, we will send you an RAF number and further instructions regarding return instructions.Orders returned without an RAF number will NOT be refunded.

1 unopened package of any product is eligible for return. 2 or more opened canisters of the same product will not be refunded. Packages received without an RAF number will not be tracked nor refunded.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
100% money back refund applies only to supplement orders in the United States from Nusentia.com. Customers from outside of North America need to contact their local distributor for local return policy information. Refunds or exchanges are eligible for orders placed within 60 days of the shipment date of order. YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT(S) MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING AN RAF# TO GET A REFUND.

Ordering

We never store credit card information. All transactions and payment information are processed offsite by Authorize.net or Paypal.

AUTO DELIVERY: When you select auto-delivery, the credit card you used to place your original order will be processed at the frequency option you selected. To cancel auto delivery, or change frequency please contact us:

Orders that are suspected of being made by fraudulent means will be cancelled and refunded to the credit card used for purchase.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

In the event that an Nusentia product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nusentia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nusentia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nusentia shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
